Skillverge Program Path

Program Overview

Leadership development program is designed to transform learners through deep, meaningful, and practical ducation. Each course requires a minimum of four months, allowing students sufficient time to grow, reflect, and master key competencies. The program follows a self-paced; mentor guided learning model, ensuring flexibility, personalization, and continuous developmental support. There are no exams and no pressure from strict time limits. Instead, student's progress is evaluated based on learning quality, personality growth, and demonstrated competences. Once a mentor is satisfied with a student’s learning standard and readiness, the student will participate in an in-depth interview before a panel of expert judges. Advancement to the next course is determined by the student’s performance, insight, and demonstrated leadership potential. Upon successful completion of each course, students will receive an official credential from Skillverge University of Global Leaders' recognizing their achievement. After completing all six courses, learners will be awarded a prestigious final university-degree as aDs or aGs, symbolizing their comprehensive growth, mastery, and leadership identity.
